Experiences in the Field
Westmount High School
Theresa completed her second internship at Westmount High School. There, she worked with the Head of the English Department as a student teacher. She was in charge of grade ten and eleven English Language Arts classes for both regular and honours sections.

In addition to unit planning for the four classes, she also was responsible for monitoring students before school. during lunch and after school. As well, she helped organize the Spring Play with the Drama Department.
Selwyn House
All-Boys School
Theresa completed her third internship at Selwyn House, a private, all-boys school in Westmount, Quebec. The school focused largely on challenging academic courses and athletic achievement.

Theresa was in charge of three enriched English Language Arts courses for grades 9, 10 and 11. She incorporated units which focused on critical analysis, literary analysis and essay writing.
​
In her free time, Theresa also helped out with the drama and improv comedy classes for grades seven through eleven. After school, she took part in student council and squash.
